Terms of service
Last updated October 13, 2026
The short version
- Keryx is for businesses, and you must be 18 or older to use it.
- The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. After that, plans are priced per person, paid monthly or yearly.
- You're the sender of your outreach, so you're responsible for following CAN-SPAM and the other laws that apply to you.
- No bought or scraped lists, no deceptive messages, honor every opt-out, and keep the "AI assisted" label on.
- Your data is yours. We use it only to run Keryx for you.
The full terms below are what apply.
1. These terms
These terms cover your use of the Keryx app (app.trykeryx.com) and website (trykeryx.com). "Keryx", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs Keryx. "You" means the person using Keryx and the business they use it for. By creating an account or using Keryx, you agree to these terms, our acceptable use policy and our privacy policy. If you're agreeing for a business, you confirm you're allowed to do that for it.
2. Who can use Keryx
Keryx is a business tool. To use it you must be at least 18 and use it for your business or your employer's business, not for personal or household purposes. You can't use Keryx if the law prevents you from doing so, or if we've closed an account of yours before for breaking these terms.
3. Your account
Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. Keep your password safe and don't share logins: each person who uses Keryx needs their own seat. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you invite do. Tell us right away at hello@trykeryx.com if you think someone has gotten into your account.
4. The free trial
Every new account starts with a free 14-day trial, with no card needed. The trial includes 400 AI credits and 30 Google searches (about 250 businesses), for up to 3 people. To keep using Keryx after the trial, choose a plan. One trial per business: we may end trials that are opened again and again for the same business, or that break these terms.
5. Plans, seats and billing
- Per person. Plans are priced per person (a "seat"), billed monthly or yearly. The current plans, prices and monthly allowances are on our pricing page.
- Paying. You pay in advance for each monthly or yearly period, in US dollars, through Hyfin payment links provided by Global Payment Solutions. Prices don't include any taxes that apply.
- Adding people. Adding a person to a paid plan adds a seat at that plan's price. We'll show you the amount before you pay for it.
- Founding offer. Yearly plans bought by November 26, 2026 get 10% off, and that founding price stays for as long as you renew each year without a gap. Yearly plans bought after that date save 5% compared with paying monthly.
- Add-ons. Add-ons such as Keryx CRM are priced per person and billed alongside your plan, monthly or yearly.
6. Renewals
Each plan runs for the period you paid for and then renews for the same period. Before a renewal is due, we'll email you with the amount and a link to pay. If a renewal isn't paid, we may limit your account to read-only access, and later pause it, until it's paid. If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your renewal. A founding yearly price doesn't change while you keep renewing it.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel any time by not renewing, or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods, unused seats or unused credits, unless the law requires it. Removing a person from your plan takes effect at your next renewal.
8. AI credits and allowances
Your plan includes AI credits, businesses found and sending mailboxes each month, per person, as listed on the pricing page. Monthly allowances reset each month and don't carry over. Extra credits you buy last 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only for use in Keryx. When you run out of AI credits, Keryx keeps working with your own templates until you add more.
Keryx also has limits that protect your sending reputation and the service, such as daily sending limits per mailbox and limits on searches. Don't try to get around them.
9. Your outreach
You decide who to contact and what to say, and you are the sender of every message that goes out from your account. You're responsible for making sure your outreach follows the laws that apply to you and the people you contact. In the US that includes the CAN-SPAM Act: commercial email must have accurate sender details and subject lines, be identifiable as a solicitation or ad, include a valid postal address and a working opt-out, and you must honor opt-outs within 10 business days. If you call or text people, telephone and text messaging laws apply too, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and do-not-call rules. Other countries have their own rules. The FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide is a good place to start.
Keryx adds an opt-out line and your mailing address to outreach emails and keeps a do-not-contact list, but these tools don't make your outreach lawful by themselves. Our acceptable use policy lists what isn't allowed, including bought or scraped lists and deceptive content.
10. AI-assisted content
Keryx uses AI to draft emails, replies, call scripts and other messages. Messages the AI writes are labeled "AI assisted", and the assistant signs as your assistant and says it's an AI whenever someone asks. That disclosure stays on: you agree not to remove or hide it, and not to tell anyone the assistant is a person. AI can get things wrong, so review what it writes, especially prices, dates and promises. You're responsible for messages sent from your account, including ones the assistant sends when you've allowed it to.
11. Your data
You own the data you put into Keryx and the data Keryx creates for you, such as your leads, notes, messages and deals. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run Keryx for you, keep it secure, fix problems and prevent abuse. We don't sell it. You can export your leads and contacts at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and how long we keep it.
Business listings come from Google Maps Platform and are subject to Google's terms. Use them to find and contact businesses through Keryx; don't resell them or use them to build a separate database.
12. Services you connect
You can connect services you use, such as your mailbox, your CRM, your Google account and your Stripe account. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. You're responsible for having the right to connect them and for the credentials you give Keryx. We're not responsible for changes or outages in those services.
13. Acceptable use and suspension
Use Keryx only as our acceptable use policy allows. We may pause sending, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that policy, that puts other people, our service or our sending reputation at risk, or that hasn't paid. When we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we close your account for a reason other than a serious breach, we'll give you a chance to export your data.
14. Changes to Keryx
We keep improving Keryx, so features may change. If we remove something important that you pay for, we'll tell you in advance. Features marked as coming soon or in testing may change or be withdrawn.
15. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Keryx running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, that business details from Google or other sources are complete or correct, that your emails will be delivered or land in the inbox, or that your outreach will bring replies, meetings or sales. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
16. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Keryx isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, even if we knew they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about Keryx is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
17. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against Keryx because of your outreach, your content or your breaking these terms or the law, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including reasonable legal fees.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before bringing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it together.
19. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Keryx after that, the new terms apply.
20. Everything else
These terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Keryx. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer your account or these terms without our written permission; we may transfer them as part of a sale or merger of Keryx.
