Privacy policy

What this covers
This policy covers trykeryx.com, the Keryx website. It explains what we collect when you join the waitlist or ask for a demo, and what we do with it. The Keryx product will have its own terms and privacy policy at launch.
What we collect
When you fill in the waitlist form, we save what you type: your name, work email, company, team size, what you sell, which plan you were looking at, and whether you'd like a demo. We also save the date you joined, your country, and how you found us: the page you signed up on, the site that sent you, and the campaign or ad you clicked if the link had one.
To know how you found us, this site keeps a small note in your browser of the first and latest page you landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. It stays in your browser and is only sent to us if you join the waitlist.
Ads and analytics
We advertise Keryx on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, X, Reddit and TikTok. Their tags help us see which ads bring people to this site and which visits end in a sign-up, and they can let those platforms show Keryx ads to visitors later.
These tags only load if you choose Allow when this site asks. If you choose No thanks, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of them load. You can change your choice any time with "Your privacy choices" at the bottom of the page.
When a tag is allowed, that platform receives details of your visit such as the pages you view, your browser and IP address, and that you signed up, under its own privacy policy. Sharing this for advertising may count as "sharing" or "selling" under some US state laws, which is why we ask first and honor your opt-out.
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads, under Google's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To invite you to Keryx when your spot opens
- To set up a demo call if you asked for one
- To send occasional updates about Keryx's launch
We don't sell the information you type into the form, and we don't give it to anyone for their own marketing. If you allowed ad tags, the ad platforms receive the visit details described above.
Where it's kept
Waitlist entries are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in a database that only we can access.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry until Keryx launches and you've had the chance to sign up, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email hello@trykeryx.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll email the people on the waitlist first.
