Integrations
Connect the CRM your team already uses. Keryx sends the businesses you're working, logs every email, call and meeting on them, keeps deals in step, and checks the CRM before outreach so nobody cold-emails an existing customer.
What syncs
The business's name, phone, website and address, the contact's name and email, and Keryx's notes on why it's a fit. Sent when they reply, show interest or book a meeting, from the first email or call, or only when you choose.
Emails sent, replies, calls, meetings, proposals, payments and opt-outs, logged on the record as they happen. The first sync adds a summary of everything before it.
Keryx deals become CRM deals with the value and close date, matched to your own pipeline stages. When a deal is won or lost in Keryx, it closes the same way in your CRM.
Before the first email of a sequence, Keryx looks up the business in your CRM by phone and website. If it's already there, Keryx skips it and tells you why.
Supported CRMs
You stay in control
Business facts and your team's own activity. Google ratings and review counts stay in Keryx.
Changes go through a queue that respects each CRM's rate limits, retries failures and shows every result in a sync log.
Choose what syncs and when, pause history or deals separately, or disconnect in one click. Disconnecting never deletes anything in your CRM.
Credentials are stored encrypted, and each company's connection is separate from every other's. Developers: webhook requests carry an X-Keryx-Signature header, an HMAC-SHA256 of the body with your signing secret, so you can check they came from Keryx.
